On this page you can register your Monitoring Service for participation in the EURADOS Passive area dosemeter intercomparison IC2025emg.

This is the main address of the Monitoring Service, which will be used to send the irradiated dosemeters and the certificate. Please specify the complete address, including the name of your Monitoring Service, if necessary (it will not be added automatically!).

This is the invoice address of the Monitoring Service, which will be used for the invoice only. Please specify the complete address, including the name of your Monitoring Service, if necessary (it will not be added automatically!).
VAT ID: 
If your Monitoring Service is located within the EU, you have to specify a valid VAT ID, otherwise EURADOS will have to add 7% VAT to the participation fee. If your Monitoring Service is located within the EU and has no VAT ID (and therefore will have to pay the VAT), please enter 'xxx' in the field. If your Monitoring Service is not located within the EU, you can leave this field empty.
Purchase Order Number: 
The purchase order number will be included in the invoice you will receive from EURADOS. You can add the purchase order number later.

Contact Person

This is the primary email address which will be used for all communication between the coordinator and the Monitoring Service. Please be aware, that this will include security critical information like reports and certificates. This email address will also be used as username and cannot be changed by you.

You can specify another email address, where all emails from the coordinator will be delivered, too. Please be aware, that this will include security critical information like reports and certificates. This email address cannot be used as username to log in.
Phone Number: 
Please specify the phone number including the country code starting with '+'.
Password: 
Please choose a password with at least 8 characters. It is recommended to use a password which contains alphanumerical characters, numerical characters and special characters.
